Josh Rickards
My name is Josh Rickards and I am a left handed pitcher. I have recently just finished up my college playing career at Marist college, a D1 baseball team in the United States. For the as three years I have been our No 1. and in the conference rotation for all 4 years of my college career. I have finished up at my school in several top 10 categories of all time including wins, strikeouts, and innings pitched.
Now that I am finish I would like to pursue my career further weather it be here in the state or over seas. I have been stying in shape and have recently been clocked between 87-89. My changeup is a plus pitch which ranges from 77-79 with good sink and slider is average which sits at 78-81 and breaks 11 to 5. I do have a copy of the last game I pitched against, which was broadcasted on ESPN against Flordia State. THe tape shows the speed of the pitches in the top right corner. 2009: Captain. Pitched in 16 games, tying for team lead with 15 starts. ... Went 5-3 with 5.60 ERA. ... Was second on staff with 80.1 innings pitched. ... Opposition hit .268 against him. ... Struck out nine in seven innings at NYIT, April 17. ... Was charged with just one run in season-high 7.1 innings at Canisius, March 28.
2008: MAAC Pitcher of the Week, 4/7. Made team-high 12 starts, going 4-6 with staff-best 2.60 ERA. ... Also led staff in innings pitched (79.2) and strikeouts (54). ... Opposition hit just .236 against him. ... Tossed complete games at Iona, April 5, and vs. Saint Peter's, April 26. ... Pitched 10 innings against Manhattan, allowing just two unearned runs, May 3.
2007: Pitched game one in weekend series, appearing in 14 games and starting 13. ... Posted a 6-4 record, leading the staff in wins, and had a 4.07 ERA. ... Pitched 73 innings and had a team-best 57 strikeouts. ... Allowed the opposition to hit .270 against him.
2006: Posted the best ERA of any of the Red Foxes' regular starters at 4.11. ... Sported a 3-1 record in 17 appearances with seven starts. ... Struck out 28 batters in 57 innings with one complete game.

North woods League:
2008 Went 5-4, most wins on the team with a 3.2 ERA. Was selected to the Northwoods Allstar team.
2007 went 6-3, most wins on the team with a 3.8 ERA. Was tied for 5th in the league for wins.
