In 2002 and 2003 I played collage baseball for St Clair County Community Collage, in St. Clair, Michigan. I was a starting pitcher as well as a 3B/1B. In 2003 I played in the Inter-county Semi Pro Baseball League (ICBL) as a pitcher. Went 8-0 and made the league all-star team.
Signed as a free agent with the Toronto Blue Jays. I went to spring training and tore my Labrum in my right shoulder. After rehabing for a year in a half I got released and went back to the ICBL as a hitter. Came back after pro ball as the DH for the Kitchener Panthers of the ICBL, leading the team with a .345 Avg with 10 HR, finishing in the top 5 in both categories.
Spent the winter of 2006 in Australia, played short stop and pitched for the Toowoomba Rangers, hit .330 and made 1st team all-star. Currently play in the Inter County Semi Pro League as a 3rd baseman and closer with the Kitchener Panthers. The Inter County Semi Pro League is a semi-pro league in Canada that has over 50 ex pros including a handful of ex big leaguers.
I have been in conversation with Rick Johnston, a former Canadian National team coach and coach of the Croatian National team in regard to possible oppertunities within the league. I have lived and played abroad and would not have any concerns with living overseas. I feel that my skill level and personal character would be a great fit within any organization.
