Don George (coach)

I believe my knowledge and experience in both playing and coaching baseball make me an excellent candidate for a coaching position. At the ABCA convention in Philadelphia this year, I had the opportunity to visit with several people within the MLBI Envoy Program, as well as with citizens from Holland. My passion, organizational skills, gifted ability to teach with understanding and empathy, positive and get-it-done attitude have helped me assist organizations with everything from coaching to field maintenance to training, whatever it takes to promote and strengthen the game of baseball.

I am looking for a coach position with a club that can provide a Host family or similar setup. My schedule is flexible as well the position responsibilities. I have been coaching over 15 years for ages from youth to adult, including high school, college, and amateur adult (MSBL, NABA) baseball.
Currently I am coaching at Somersworth High School in New Hampshire, USA. I also coach the Dover, New Hampshire Legion team. I am a pitcher and pitching is my expertise. I have traveled all over the US consulting with other coaches and teams. I also work with teams and players with their mental approach to the game, using the newest techniques used at the college and professional level.
