Andre Miller

My name is John Meyer. I've been a baseball coach for 17 years in the Northeast Ohio area. I would like to recommend a stellar baseball player. A Secondbaseman named Andre Miller. Andre is by far one of the finest athletes that i've ever had the pleasure of coaching he's a delightful treat. This kids got the smile and jokes to make any team laugh but dont let the smile fool you he can play ball.
Andre was attending a Community College. He is an superb athlete mostly a centerfielder, has shown flashes of amazing types of ability but several scouts representing the Indians, Dodgers, Reds, and Marlins have expressed interested in Andre as a secondbaseman such as several large school as in Virginia, Oral Roberts, Manhattan College, Cleveland State, and other top D2 programs. Mostly because his similarities to that of a Brandon Phillips an explosive player with speed and power.

With his combination of speed and ball skills makes him a prototype player at the position. Andre can flat out hit the ball he is a highly praised hitter who can cover the plate turn on a fastball wait on a change up and pass on a curve. Don't get me wrong, if need be, he can hit the curve ball too!
Andre was subject in High School as a number 3 or 4 hitter but with knowledge of batting in certain pitch counts and ability to move runners with a hit or bunt and known tendency to lean and neglect close but bad pitches Andre makes a sound case as a number 1 or 2 hitter as he did at his former Juco.

Despite my praise Andre felt he had better chances as a football player (4,200 yds rushing with a little over 62 TD's he was legit). The August before his freshman Andre hurt his knee and shoulder and his chances at walking on so Andre for money reason and lack of experience of competive baseball decide to attend a JUCO school which is known for producing D1 caliber players.
Andre freshman campaign went sour with the death of his Brother, Best Friend, and cousin within a year time. With this issue Andre could not strive to excellence even against the praise of his head coach, Andre decided in his best interested to Redshirt because of his lack of focus and other distractions.

Andre is that type of caliber players who will fill your teams with laughs and great play defensively and offensively. Believe me he is second to none this quiet but gifted player roams the middle infield with a hawk's swiftness. Andre plays balls in the hole better than he hits them and he hits the gaps very well his arm every exceptional but his diving plays and range is even better. Andre plays at second are fantastic, but his ability needs to be polished to make him a outstanding secondbaseman but nonetheless Andre ability keeps him at the top of coaches watch list.
As a line drive hitter he puts a charge into every ball that leaves his bat. Andre's power is unmatch by any player his size, the swing contains so much pop it's unbelievable. This kid is low on strikeouts and double plays he will fit his role and play with the best, Andre is a 5'10 200 swift smooth athletic player who despite the knee injury still runs a sub 7 60, who will make secondbase a lock if he learns the trade has well as some of the seasoned secondbaseman with his athletic ability i think the transitation will be smooth.

But he is a natural Centerfielder. His smoothness and grace in the open field makes him a relief to have captain an outfield, also Andre is recovering from his knee injury that is why he also has opted to redshirt at his former Community College and to bring up his grade point average. Andre is so dedicated he decided to leave his program for lack of funds and is decided to either pick up wit another team or do a semester at home and continuing to work with a personal trainer and secondbase coach who was a former pro secondbaseman for some odd years but he's also working on his outfielder skills in a change back to the outfield is in order. This is a top athlete who has nothing to lose and is willing to do with ever it takes... I mean if my words dont impress take a look below at the numbers.
