Nick Zambrotta
My name is Nick Zambrotta. I am 23 years old, 6'3'' tall, 200 pounds and right handed. I played baseball at 2 colleges. I went to division II Eckerd College in Florida where I was used as a pitcher both starting and relief. From there I attended division III Salve Regina University in Rhode Island where I pitched but also was able to play first base and hit.
I am a versatile player. In addition to pitching and playing first, I have played all other infield positions. I have good hands and am solid defensively anywhere in the infield. Additionally, I have above average speed for my size and last summer in the Donley Sunset Amateur league I was used as an outfielder. I also led the league for much of the summer in hitting with a .412 average and stolen bases.
Also, last year I began coaching at the high school level and I have worked individually with younger players to develop their game. Additionally, I have extended family in the Netherlands and my Grandmother was born in Holland.
